Locating:
If location is needed, text “LOC” and the pendant replies with a Google Maps link.
You can also locate the device via the optional mobile app.

GEO Fencing:
Set one or more safe zones.
When the pendant leaves the boundary, carers automatically receive an SMS alert.

Falls Detection:
When enabled, fall detection sends an SMS notification to all programmed contacts.
For more options, see our falls detection device guide.

Inactivity Monitoring:
If no movement is detected for a set period, the device triggers an alert unless it is sitting in the charging dock.

SIM Card and Programming

When we receive your purchase, we contact you to confirm programming requirements and obtain authority to activate your SIM card.
Your pendant arrives fully programmed with an active Telstra-managed SIM (retail customers) containing $66 credit on a 365-day plan.
Unlimited emergency SMS and voice apply under the acceptable use policy.

After the first year, we remind you to top up for another 365 days. The annual cost is currently $66*.

You may also supply your own SIM card; contact us to discuss pricing without the Telstra-managed SIM.

*Subject to change.

Smart Docking Station

The bedside docking station charges the pendant and announces “Your alarm is charging” when placed correctly.
The dock can also store a fixed location, which is used when an alarm is triggered at home.
This is especially helpful for apartment buildings where satellite GPS is less accurate indoors.

Lone Worker and OH&S Applications

This pendant is suitable for lone workers who require a simple, self-monitored duress option. More information is available via our dedicated OH&S version of this device.

We have found that having the safe life alarm gives peace of mind for the both Barb who uses it and myself when I am away from the house knowing that she has the ability to contact us in any emergency. We are both 88 and having the alarm has changed out lives for the better. Syd Miller

Excellent piece of equipment. Keeps your mind at peace. My elderly mother was reluctant at first but now does not go anywhere without it. Works well as we have had a few false alarms where she dropped it, taking it off at night.
