Introduction

Safe Life strives to provide efficient and cost-effective delivery services for its customers. This comprehensive policy outlines the delivery process, freight cost calculations, and the procedures for addressing excessive freight costs. By placing an order with Safe Life, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Freight Cost Calculation

Freight costs for Safe Life orders are calculated using a third-party freight company’s plugin software program, which is integrated into the Safe Life website. This software calculates the freight costs based on various factors, such as package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

Addressing Excessive Freight Costs

If the freight costs calculated by the third-party software are determined to be excessively higher than expected, Safe Life may contact the customer to discuss and negotiate the correct freight costs. Both the customer and Safe Life reserve the right not to proceed with the transaction if the freight costs are deemed excessive and no acceptable, cost-effective alternative method of freight is available.

Track and Trace Delivery

Safe Life offers track and trace delivery services for most orders. Customers will be provided with a tracking number and link to monitor the progress of their delivery.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Most orders are dispatched on the same business day if placed before the specified cut-off time. Customers should allow for delivery within 2-5 business days, depending on their location and the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary and are subject to factors beyond Safe Life’s control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Suspension of Deliveries

Deliveries will be suspended during public holidays and Safe Life’s Christmas closure period.
