With this in mind, we’ve established a customer-friendly 30-day money back trial period, backed by our comprehensive return policy. This policy allows you to purchase and try our goods with complete peace of mind.
If, for any reason, you find the product(s) you purchased from us unsuitable, you are welcome to return them for a full refund, excluding initial freight charges. In order to do this, you need to follow the subsequent steps:
Notification: Please notify us about your intention to return the product(s) as soon as you realize they are not suitable for your needs. Prompt notification allows us to better manage your return and ensures your refund is processed in a timely manner. You can notify us by sending an email to sales@safelife.com.au We will email an RMA for you to fill out & send with the returned product.
Return Window: The window for product returns lasts for 30 days. This period starts from the date you received the product. Any returns received after this 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Freight Charges: The customer is responsible for covering any return freight charges. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking, as Safe Life is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Condition of the Goods: All products to be returned should be in ‘as new’ condition. This means they should be free from signs of use, damage, or alterations. Furthermore, all original packaging and accessories that came with the product(s) should also be returned. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a partial refund or the product(s) being returned to you.
Cleanliness Requirement for Returned Products
To ensure the safety and hygiene of our staff and maintain the quality of our repair and testing processes, all returned products must be thoroughly cleaned before being sent back to Safe-Life. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal of dirt, debris, liquids, and any other contaminants. The product should be in a condition that is safe and hygienic for handling and inspection.
- Right to Refuse Unsanitary Products: If a returned product is deemed to be unclean, unsanitary, or otherwise unsafe for handling, Safe-Life reserves the right to refuse service on such products. In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer without repair or replacement.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the returned product meets these cleanliness standards. We recommend that customers carefully clean the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions prior to return.
