1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Safe-Life (Alerting Devices Australia Pty Ltd).
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to customers who have purchased a product from Safe-Life during the promotion period.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person
- Employees of Safe-Life and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter
- Entry is voluntary and free
3. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 8 December 2025 to 31 May 2026, inclusive.
Reviews submitted outside this period will not be eligible for entry.
4. How to Enter
To enter the draw, eligible customers must submit a genuine review relating to Safe-Life or a Safe-Life product during the promotion period on one of the following platforms:
- The Safe-Life website
- Google Business Profile (Safe-Life)
- Trustpilot (Safe-Life)
- Productreview.com.au (Safe-Life)
Only reviews submitted on the platforms listed above will be eligible.
Entry into the draw is not conditional on review sentiment, rating, or outcome. Reviews may be positive, neutral, or negative.
Images are optional and are not required for entry.
5. Review Authenticity
By submitting a review, entrants confirm that:
- the review is based on their genuine experience
- the content is truthful and not misleading
- the review is not fabricated, duplicated, or submitted on behalf of another person
Safe-Life reserves the right to exclude entries that are fraudulent, duplicate, or not genuine.
6. Use of Reviews
Where reviews are submitted directly to Safe-Life (including via the Safe-Life website or email review requests), entrants grant Safe-Life permission to display, reproduce, and use the review, including any submitted images, on Safe-Life’s website, marketing materials, and promotional channels.
Reviews may be edited for length, formatting, or clarity, provided the original meaning is not altered.
Reviews submitted on third-party platforms remain subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms.
7. Prize
The prize is one (1) digital EFTPOS gift card valued at AUD $500.
The digital EFTPOS gift card will be issued electronically to the winner.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Any terms and conditions imposed by the gift card issuer will apply.
8. Draw Details
- The draw will take place on 1 June 2026
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
- The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their order
If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, Safe-Life reserves the right to redraw the prize.
9. Announcement of Winner
The winner may be announced on the Safe-Life website.
Publication of the winner’s name is subject to the winner’s consent.
If consent is not provided, Safe-Life may announce that the draw has been completed and the winner contacted without publishing identifying details.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the draw and contacting the winner, in accordance with Safe-Life’s Privacy Policy.
11. General
Safe-Life reserves the right to:
- verify the validity of entries
- disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms & Conditions
- amend or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its control
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
