The Cura1 Universal Bed Pad Wired Kit comes complete with all parts for immediate use. You can use this monitor with not just the bed pad but also chair pads and floor mats. (Although floor mats would normally connect direct to the nurse call system with no need for a monitor).

- Tamper proof reset option using magnetic caregiver key.
- Choice of tone and volume control for alarm.
- 0, 2s, and 15min. alarm delay settings.
- Port to connect with nurse call system (NC/NO).
- Operates on batteries or via AC adaptor.
- Low battery notification.
- Input lost notification (pad lost, nurse call, AC lost).
Description
The Cura1 Universal Bed Pad Wired Kit for facility use is a simple and effective way of monitoring someone prone to falling.
The hard wired bed pad is to an industry standard and is an unobtrusive way of detecting someone attempting to exit a bed. Connected to the monitor, it will then alert via the nurse call system or via the monitor, depending on the choice of the carer.

The Cura1 universal bed pad measures 76 x 25 cm, can fold in half and has a weak link break cord included.
The monitor comes with a power pack and batteries can also power it (3 x AA).
A low battery indicator will inform the carer when batteries are low to promote safe Cura1 Universal Chair pad wired Kit use.

It is also possible to upgrade the Universal Bed Pad Wired Kit to a wireless kit with an optional battery/transmitter (A-UNI-TX) & cordless falls monitor (A-CBM-02).
