The pager is available in UHF and VHF frequencies. Although is only available in UHF for home care.

The pager is an excellent way of maintaining communication between carers and residents.
Ordinarily a nursing home may use pagers to receive in the event that a resident presses the pendant lead or when a resident attempts to leave a bed or chair unassisted.
This alarm would be sent to the pager through the nurse call system.
The industry specialized product can now be used in home care to allow for a more reliable carer system.
When the pager is used in a home care environment it will similarly alarm, however it would be triggered by either the UHF pendant or call point.
