  1. Action Required for Continued Service: To continue receiving monitoring services after the initial invoiced period, you must proactively contact us to set up a quarterly direct debit or yearly invoicing arrangement.
  2. Deadline for Contact: Please ensure you reach out to us before the end of your invoiced period. This is crucial for uninterrupted service.
  3. Cancellation Policy: If we do not hear from you by the end of the period, we will assume you do not wish to continue with the service. Consequently, your monitoring service will be automatically cancelled after the period ends.
  4. Service Cost : For those who opt to continue, monitoring is direct debited every three months at $27.50 per month or invoiced yearly if no direct debit arrangement has been set up.
