This warranty policy covers defects in material and workmanship only. It does not cover damages caused by:

a) Accidents, misuse, or abuse;

b) Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs;

c) Normal wear and tear;

d) Damage caused by improper installation or operation;

e) Damage caused by improper maintenance or storage;

Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide the following information:

a) Proof of purchase, including the original receipt or invoice;

b) A detailed description of the perceived fault;

c) Photos or videos of the defective product, if applicable.

Upon receipt of this information, Safe Life’s technical department will evaluate the claim and determine whether the fault is covered under this warranty policy. If the fault is confirmed, Safe Life will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product.

The customer will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the product to Safe Life’s factory.

Safe Life reserves the right to replace the defective product with a product of equal or greater value if an exact replacement is not available. Any replaced or repaired product will be covered under the original warranty period, which will not be extended or renewed as a result of the repair or replacement.

Limitation of Liability

Safe Life’s liability under this warranty policy is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products.
