What happened
Demonstration only. A real Signal pendant texts and calls the contacts set up for you, and can connect to 24/7 professional monitoring. The text message is an example of the format your contacts receive; the name, time, location and battery level shown are examples. The fall alarm here goes off from a short drop, roughly what fall sensitivity level 8 or 9 would do. Real units are set to fall level 3 by default, which needs a harder fall, and the level can be adjusted to suit the wearer.
